The first solo U.S. museum exhibition of Japanese artist Tatsuo
Miyajima’s art in over two decades, this captivating immersive
presentation of four light-based works embodies this internationally
renowned artist’s career-long philosophy: Keep Changing, Connect with Everything, Continue Forever.
Reflecting millennia-old precepts found in his Buddhist practice,
Miyajima ingeniously creates silent, vividly glowing objects and
installations from today’s industrially-produced LED numbers and
computer technologies that evoke profound and infinite worlds of being,
space, and time.
