Elizabeth Foscue talks about her new novel New Year's Grieve, a country-house mystery for fans of Truly Devious and Knives Out: when Jojo's grandad turns up dead at a winter family gathering, she sets out to find which of her terrible relatives did it while dodging the ex-boyfriend who crashed the party.
Foscue grew up on a Florida bay and on a boat in the Caribbean and trained as a lawyer before turning to fiction.
