Santa Barbara Parade of Lights
The 40th annual holiday boat parade and fireworks
Costumed paddlers loop the harbor, then about 30 lit-up boats cruise the coast, followed by fireworks. Snow, elves and Santa on the City Pier for kids. Watch from Stearns Wharf, the breakwater or the beaches.
