State Street Ballet: The Nutcracker

State Street Ballet's holiday Nutcracker pairs an international cast of professional dancers with more than 100 young dancers from the State Street Ballet Academy, in full costumes and sets. Choreography is by Rodney Gustafson and the company's artistic staff, and the Opera San Luis Obispo Grand Orchestra plays Tchaikovsky's score live, conducted by Brian Asher Alhadeff.

There are four performances over the weekend, suitable for all ages. Ticket prices include a $7 Granada facility fee, plus a $3 web fee per ticket online.
