Noon Year's Eve at MOXI

MOXI rings in the New Year a little early, with festive activities throughout the museum, a dance party and a countdown to 12 noon. Planned activities include a resolution and wish wall, a winter photo op with Gwen the penguin, ice races in Whitewater, an ice sculpting station, glittery bracelets, temporary tattoos and face gems, pompom poppers, and noisemaker, harmonica and mini snow globe crafts in the Innovation Workshop. The rooftop Seaside Sock Skating rink is open, weather permitting.

Everyone, members included, needs a ticket; the museum is closed for regular admission that day. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, November 10, at noon: $30 adults and $25 children, or $25 and $20 for members. Children under 2 are free but need a reservation. New this year is an earlier sensory-friendly option with less stimulation.
