UC Master Gardeners: Growing Roses
Rose care talk and Q&A at the Montecito Library
UC Master Gardeners cover types of roses, how to pick a site for the best growth and bloom, and the pests and diseases that are especially common around Santa Barbara. They also go through seasonal care, including spring feeding, winter pruning and disease prevention, with a focus on practical tips.
The volunteers answer questions after the talk. Registration is required and closes at 10 am on December 10.
